Apologetics may be simply defined as the defense of the Christian faith.  The purpose of apologetics is to give reasons or arguments in support of Christian beliefs. The subject of Apologetics helps people examine the Christian faith by defining the essential doctrines of Christianity.

Tobi England has been a professor at West Coast Baptist College in Lancaster, California since 2005. He is a chief academic officer for the college while teaching Apologetics, Logic, Science and Faith, and Professional Training. He has earned a PhD in the area of philosophy and apologetics.
